Shamim Naderi

From the world of modeling to Pilates, her journey has always been centered around movement, body awareness, and confidence.

With a background in college instruction, she brings a mindful and supportive approach to every session. As a STOTT Pilates–trained instructor, she focuses on alignment, control, and building a strong mind-body connection, while helping clients develop strength, tone, and overall balance.

Her goal is to help clients feel confident, stable, and fully in control of their bodies—both in and out of the studio.
